Zirkular is a specialist planning office and pioneer in circular construction. Emerging from baubüro in situ in 2020, we reflect on 25 years of commitment to sustainable building practices. 

We are guided by the diversity of circular building principles: continuing to build on existing structures, designing with what is already there, and complementing with new elements. This approach aims for the future reuse and repurposing of buildings and their components. We support and advise on projects and competitions, promote research and education, and continuously expand our network in sustainable building.
