The Smart City Lab is a creative workspace for employees of the City of Zurich administration. In the lab, staff from various departments meet with external participants (companies, universities, start-ups, etc.) to collaboratively tackle specific issues and opportunities. Additionally, the lab serves as a place of inspiration where innovation methods and creative approaches can be shared and discussed. The lab is managed and operated by the Smart City Team (Urban Development of the City of Zurich).
