Wermut Helvetico

Vermouth, produced in the SBB workshop with wine from Höngg and Aargau. 

Three friends, three talents, one vision for vermouth. United in Switzerland and driven by the desire to create a vermouth that breaks with traditional conventions, it is produced entirely from local wine and raw materials, placing the grape at its centre. Native herbs complement the wine to create an optimal and unique taste experience. 

The result is a harmonious wine aperitif that differs not only visually but also in its approach from traditional vermouths. Therefore, the Bianco has a more floral rather than spicy note, the Dry is rounder, and the Rosso is made from red rather than white grapes. 

In addition to the highest quality standards, their responsibility towards nature is of central importance. For this reason, great emphasis is placed on local winemakers and herb growers. Only in this way can transparency and sustainability be ensured.
